Railway Minister announces Rs 70 crore for Rayagada Division, work to start soon

Bhubaneswar, July 26: The Rayagada Railway Division project has received a major boost with the allocation of Rs 70 crore for its development. The Minister of Railways announced this progress today, following discussions with Member of Parliament Balabhadra Majhi. The Minister revealed that the design plan for the division is nearing completion, and construction work is expected to begin soon.

MP Balabhadra Majhi expressed his appreciation to the Railway Minister, saying, "I am grateful to the Hon'ble Railway Minister for addressing the long-awaited Rayagada Railway Division issue. Our discussions have been productive, and I am pleased to report that most of the necessary formalities for the division's formation are nearly finalized. Work will commence promptly once the tenders are processed."
