Odisha to disburse fourth phase of Subhadra Yojana funds on February 8

Bhubaneswar, Feb 2: The Odisha government is gearing up to release the fourth phase of the first installment under the Subhadra Yojana on February 8.
Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida made the announcement on Sunday, stating that the disbursement will take place in Jajpur. A special event is planned in the district to facilitate the distribution of financial aid to eligible beneficiaries under the scheme. According to Parida, nearly 20 lakh beneficiaries will receive funds in this phase.
She also urged recipients to complete essential procedures, including National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) verification and e-KYC updates, by visiting their respective bank branches before February 4. These steps are crucial to ensure a smooth transfer of funds directly into their bank accounts.
To assist beneficiaries, the government has designated February 3 and 4 for completing NPCI verification at banks. Additionally, Parida emphasized the importance of completing e-KYC formalities to avoid any delays in receiving financial assistance on the scheduled date.
