CHSE Plus II results 2025 to be announced within two days: Minister

Bhubaneswar, May 20: The results of the Plus II Examinations 2025, conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), will be declared within the next two days, School and Mass Education Minister Nityananda Gond announced on Tuesday. Addressing concerns over the delay, Gond assured that the results would be released without any further postponement.
“The annual examination results will be announced in a day or two. There will be no further delays, and students are advised not to worry,” the minister told reporters.
With May 20 being the last date for submitting applications for Plus III (Undergraduate) admissions, Gond added that he would request the Higher Education Department to extend the deadline. This move is aimed at ensuring that students awaiting their Plus II results do not miss the opportunity to apply for further studies.
The delay in results had sparked concern among students, especially those appearing for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET), who feared it might affect their admission process into central universities.
This year, around 3.91 lakh students appeared for the CHSE Plus II exams across four major streams — Science, Arts, Commerce, and Vocational — held between February 15 and March 27, 2025.
