Raj Bhavan garden in Bhubaneswar opens to public and students from January 13-22

Bhubaneswar, Jan 9: The Raj Bhavan (Governor’s House) garden in Bhubaneswar will be open to the public and school students from January 13 to 22.
Visitors can explore the garden, which features a variety of flowers, several water fountains, and a variety of wildlife, including deer, peacocks, ducks, and swans, as well as a pond filled with colorful fish.
During this period, the garden will be accessible to the public from 2:30 PM to 5 PM, with entry closing at 4:30 PM. Access to the garden will be managed through the ‘Raj Bhavan Garden Visit’ mobile app, available for download on the Google Play Store. There will be no entry fee for visitors.
Students up to Class X can visit the garden from 8:30 AM to 10 AM on all days except Sundays. Entry for students will require a written request from their school authorities. Students must wear their school uniforms, carry their school ID cards, and be accompanied by an adequate number of teachers and staff as per the guidelines.
Schools interested in arranging a visit should send their requests to the ADC to the Governor at adc.odishagovernor@gmail.com. The request should include the supervisor's full name and contact information, the date and purpose of the visit, and the number of students along with teaching and non-teaching staff.
