AICC appoints Ramachandra Kadam as Congress legislature party leader

Bhubaneswar, July 21: The All India Congress Committee (AICC) has designated senior MLA Ramachandra Kadam from Potangi as the new leader of the Congress Legislature Party.

Additionally, Ashok Das has been named the deputy leader of the Congress legislative party, while CS Raazen Ekka has been assigned the role of party chief whip. These appointments were approved by Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, with the AICC issuing an official release to confirm the changes.

In a related move, the Congress President has dissolved the Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee, including its president, office bearers, executive committee, and all district/block, mandal congress committees, as well as frontal organizations and cells, effective immediately.

Until new DCC Presidents are appointed, the current DCC Presidents will serve as acting Presidents.
