Union Education Minister supports Odia team’s ambitious climb to Mount Elbrus

Bhubaneswar, Aug 8: Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Thursday extended his best wishes to young Odia mountaineers Bibharani Patra, Sashi Bhushan Majhi, and Rahul Pradhan, who have embarked on a mission to raise the Indian national flag, the 'Tiranga', on Mount Elbrus, the highest peak in Russia and Europe.

Pradhan conveyed his support through a post on 'X', previously known as Twitter. "My blessings and best wishes to Bibharani Patra, Sashi Bhushan Majhi, and Rahul Pradhan as they set out to hoist the 'Tiranga' on Mount Elbrus. Their determination and ambition are truly inspiring," he wrote.

The Union Minister expressed his admiration for their dedication and resolve, hoping for their success. "I am in awe of their passion and perseverance. May they achieve their goal and return with triumph, bringing pride to Odisha and India," Pradhan added.
