SOA alumnus and ‘Bholenath’ singer Anurag Kirti meets SOA Founder President

Bhubaneswar, Sept 1: Anurag Kirti, singer of the widely acclaimed devotional track Bholenath, met Prof. (Dr.) Manojranjan Nayak, Founder President of Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (SOA), at his office on Saturday.

Kirti’s soulful rendition of the song, written and composed by Kaushal Kishore and released under Zee Music, has earned immense appreciation from music lovers across the country. An alumnus of SOA’s Institute of Technical Education and Research (ITER), where he studied Information Technology and graduated in 2015, Kirti was actively involved in cultural and artistic activities during his student days.

Currently working as Talent Acquisition Lead–India at a reputed multinational company, Kirti continues to pursue his passion for music alongside his professional career. Congratulating him on his achievements, Prof. (Dr.) Nayak extended his best wishes for his future endeavors.

Reflecting on his journey, Kirti recalled his decade-long stay in Odisha, where he imbibed the state’s rich cultural heritage and even learnt the Odia language. “Odisha has taught me a lot and I will always remain emotionally connected to this land and its people,” he said.
