BJP national president leads vibrant roadshow in Odisha, sets sights on state government

Bhubaneswar, May 16: The BJP's national president embarked on a two-day campaign trail in Odisha, leading a vibrant roadshow from Mausima Square to Lingaraj Temple in Bhubaneswar on Thursday morning. Joined by the party's Bhubaneswar Lok Sabha candidate Aparajita Sarangi and Bhubaneswar-Ekamra Assembly nominee Babu Singh, the atmosphere was charged with political fervor.

Addressing the gathered crowd during the roadshow, the BJP chief declared, "The people of Odisha have made up their minds to provide Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik with a break and entrust the BJP with forming the next government in the state." Expressing confidence in securing victory in the Odisha Assembly elections, he emphasized the need for a new, youthful, and dynamic Chief Minister to enhance the lives of Odisha's citizens. "The BJP is committed to realizing their aspirations," he affirmed.

Confident in the BJP's prospects, the president predicted a clean sweep of all 21 Lok Sabha seats in Odisha. "The people have resolved to vote for the BJP, ensuring Prime Minister Narendra Modi's return to power for a third term. This will result in a dual-powered government in Odisha," he asserted.

Simultaneously, the BJP president warned of strict measures against any government employees found supporting the regional party during the upcoming elections. "Within a few days, we will take decisive action against government personnel favoring the BJD, thus violating the model code of conduct," he concluded.
