SOA faculty unveils three academic books, enhancing learning in business and health care management

Bhubaneswar, May 17: Three academic books authored by faculty members of the Institute of Business and Computer Studies (IBCS), part of the faculty of management sciences at Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (SOA), were unveiled by Prof. (Dr.) Manojranjan Nayak, Founder President of SOA, on Friday.

One of these books, titled ‘Contemporary Case Studies in Business and Health Care Management’, was collaboratively written by Prof. Manoranjan Dash, Prof. Ayash Kanta Mohanty, and Dr. Preeti Y. Shadangi, all esteemed members of the IBCS faculty.

The second book, ‘Project Management and Economics’, was a joint effort by Prof. Manoranjan Dash, Dr. Kamala Kanta Muduli, and Dr. Adimuthu Ramasamy from the Papua-New Guinea University of Technology. Meanwhile, ‘Operation Management’ was co-authored by Prof. Dash and Dr. Muduli.

‘Contemporary Case Studies in Business Health Care Management’ was specifically designed for MBA and MBA in Hospital Administration students, distinguishing itself from similar publications by focusing on real-life case studies with thorough analysis, as stated by Dr. Dash. This approach aims to enhance students’ critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Prof. (Dr.) Nayak commended the faculty members for their notable achievement, applauding their dedication in producing high-quality publications.
