New Odisha Chief Secretary and Additional Chief Secretary meet CM Majhi
Bhubaneswar, July 1: Odisha's new Chief Secretary, Manoj Ahuja, and Additional Chief Secretary Nikunja Bihari Dhal paid a courtesy visit to Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi at the State Guest House on Monday.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister and officials discussed various administrative matters and upcoming state development projects.
Manoj Ahuja recently assumed office as the Chief Secretary of Odisha, succeeding Pradeep Jena. Ahuja, a 1990-batch IAS officer of the Odisha cadre, formally took charge at Lok Seva Bhavan in Bhubaneswar on Sunday.
Nikunja Bihari Dhal, appointed as Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister, also joined the meeting. He previously served as the Chief Electoral Officer during the 2024 elections and held roles including Additional Chief Secretary of the Energy Department and Special Relief Commissioner in 2023.
