CM Majhi invites PM Modi to attend Rath Yatra and BJP govt anniversary in Odisha

Bhubaneswar, May 26: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has officially extended an invitation to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to attend the world-renowned Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath and his divine siblings in Puri, scheduled to take place on June 27 this year.
Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida shared this information with the media following her return from New Delhi. She stated that the Chief Minister has also invited Union Home Minister Amit Shah, all Union Ministers, and Chief Ministers of NDA-ruled states to witness the grand annual car festival, which draws lakhs of devotees from across India and abroad.
“The Rath Yatra is not just a religious event but a spiritual celebration that unites millions. Our Chief Minister has invited Prime Minister Modi and top leaders to be part of this sacred occasion,” Parida said.
In addition to the Rath Yatra, CM Majhi has also invited the Prime Minister and other dignitaries to participate in the celebrations marking the first anniversary of the BJP government in Odisha. Parida added that PM Modi is likely to consider the invitation positively, and further details will be confirmed by the Prime Minister’s Office soon.
