Odisha Civil Services Preliminary exam 2023 set for December 15

Bhubaneswar, Nov 6: The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has rescheduled the preliminary examination for the Odisha Civil Services Examination 2023 to December 15, 2024.

Originally planned for October 27, 2024, the exam was postponed due to Cyclonic Storm Dana, which affected Odisha’s coast. The OPSC recently issued a notification with the updated date.

As per the notification, "The Commission has tentatively scheduled the Odisha Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination-2023, under Advt. No. 20 of 2023-24, for December 15, 2024 (Sunday). Further details regarding the examination will be announced later."

This exam aims to fill 399 Group A and Group B positions. Candidates should stay updated by regularly visiting the OPSC website (www.opsc.gov.in) for the latest schedule and other key details.

The OPSC OCS exam process includes three stages of preliminary examination, main examination, and a personality test or interview.
