Bhubaneswar, May 18: Odisha School and Mass Education Minister Nityananda Gond on Monday announced that the results of the annual Higher Secondary Plus II Examinations 2026 will be declared on May 20.
Addressing mediapersons, the Minister informed that the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) will publish the results of all four streams — Arts, Science, Commerce and Vocational — simultaneously on the same day. Traditionally, Science and Commerce results were announced first, followed later by Arts results. However, this year the state government has decided to release all stream results together to ensure convenience for students and accelerate the admission process for higher education.
More than four lakh students appeared for the Plus II examinations this year at various examination centres across Odisha. The examinations commenced on February 18 and concluded on March 26.
Students will be able to check their results online by entering their Roll Number and Registration Number on the official websites of orissaresults.nic.in and CHSE Odisha after the results are declared.
Apart from the official websites, results will also be accessible through SAMS college login facilities in respective higher secondary schools. Students can additionally download their digital marksheets through DigiLocker accounts.
Officials said preparations for the declaration of results are currently in the final stage at the CHSE office in Bhubaneswar.
