Bhubaneswar, April 21: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi will conduct a public grievance hearing in Bhubaneswar on April 27, offering citizens a direct platform to present their complaints and concerns before the state’s top executive.
The hearing is scheduled from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm at the former Government Primary School near Capital Nursery in Unit-2, Ashok Nagar. The initiative is aimed at strengthening public outreach and ensuring timely redressal of issues faced by citizens.
As per official information, online registration will commence on April 22 at 11:00 am. Interested individuals can register through the Jan Sunani portal or via its mobile application. Participants will be allotted specific time slots to streamline the process and avoid overcrowding.
Applicants must carry their registration acknowledgement receipt, a valid identity proof, and a written copy of their grievance while attending the hearing.
The General Administration and Public Grievance Department is coordinating arrangements for the programme to ensure smooth conduct of the interaction, which is expected to witness significant public participation from across the region.
