Bhubaneswar, April 1: The Indian Metals Public Charitable Trust (IMPaCT), managed by the IMFA Group, has invited nominations for the prestigious 34th Ekalabya Puraskar 2026, one of Odisha’s most respected sports awards recognizing young talent.
The annual award aims to honour outstanding sportspersons from Odisha who have demonstrated excellence in their respective fields. The winner of the Ekalabya Puraskar will receive a cash prize of Rs 7 lakh, while two citation awards carrying Rs 1.5 lakh each will also be presented.
Eligible candidates must be below 25 years of age as of March 31, 2026. Applicants are required to submit detailed records of their performance in state, national, and international competitions over the past two years, from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2026. Supporting documents and proof of age are mandatory.
The nominations must reach Ekalabya Puraskar, IMPaCT, IMFA Building, Bomikhal, Bhubaneswar–751010, by 31st May 2026. Alternatively, nominations can be emailed to the ekalabya@imfa.in . However, supporting documents must be sent separately to the above address.
