Bhubaneswar, Mar 30: Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (SOA) has been conferred with the prestigious Grazia Trendsetters Awards 2026 for excellence in higher education in eastern India. The award was presented at a grand ceremony held in Kolkata recently.
In addition to the institutional honour, SOA’s Vice-Chancellor, Pradipta Kumar Nanda, was also recognised with the award for excellence in leadership in the field of higher education. His contribution to academic growth and institutional development was highlighted during the ceremony.
The event witnessed the presence of several prominent personalities from the entertainment industry, including Rasika Duggal, Taha Shah Badussha, and Parambrata Chatterjee, adding glamour to the occasion.
Grazia, an internationally renowned weekly women’s magazine published in multiple countries including India, organised the awards. Notably, this was the first time Grazia hosted such an event in eastern India, aiming to recognise excellence across various sectors.
The recognition marks a significant achievement for SOA, reinforcing its growing reputation in the field of higher education.
