Bhubaneswar, Oct 9: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi met Governor Dr Hari Babu Kambhampati at Lok Bhavan in Bhubaneswar during a courtesy visit, triggering fresh speculation in political circles about a possible expansion or reshuffle of the state Cabinet.
The Chief Minister was accompanied by his wife, Dr Priyanka Marndi, while the Governor’s wife, Jayashree Kambhampati, was also present during the meeting.
Upon arriving at Lok Bhavan, Majhi greeted the Governor by presenting him with a bouquet of flowers. The two leaders subsequently held discussions for some time.
However, no official details have been released regarding the agenda or the issues discussed during the interaction. The meeting has been described as a courtesy visit, and it remains unclear whether any administrative or political matters were taken up.
