The birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel is celebrated annually on October 31 as ‘Rashtriya Ekata Dibasa’. This year, the 'Run for Unity' event was held on October 29 due to its overlap with the Diwali festival. CM Mohan Majhi emphasized Patel's significant contributions to national unity, urging everyone to draw inspiration from his ideals to strengthen the nation further.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi previously called for widespread participation in the 'Run for Unity', encouraging citizens to promote both unity and fitness throughout the country.
